We maintain strict hygiene protocols: all tools and equipment are thoroughly sterilized between clients using medical-grade disinfectants. Linens and towels are changed for each appointment and laundered at high temperatures. Therapists also wash hands before and after sessions and wear fresh masks and gloves when needed for added protection.

What if I’m running late for my appointment?
If you’re running late, please notify us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but may need to adjust the session length or reschedule if delays affect subsequent appointments.

Yes, we do offer home visits by appointment. Please note that home visits are conducted exclusively by our male therapists, and advance booking is required to ensure availability.
